Processing Time

Orders ship within 1 business day from our warehouse in Wisconsin. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 1 to 6 business days after shipping, depending on your distance from Wisconsin. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Carriers

We ship with UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Shipping. We select the carrier for each order based on package size, weight, and destination to get it to you quickly.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive it.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you need to correct your address, email us right away. We can update it only if the order has not shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, your package shows delivered but you can't find it, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@supergeotextile.com with your order number. For damaged items, please include photos. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

MUCH NEEDED GREAT QUALITY.

Definitely a great product and much needed. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because there was absolutely no local or fast shipping availability and that can be a problem when your paying for equipment rental. While a fast shipping was offered through the website it was still 4 days . but very pleased with product.

Geo textile fabric for horse paddocks

This 8 ounce non woven fabric was perfect as a base for our horse paddocks. We found it to be tough, strong and easy to work with. We expect it to last for many years under our gravel footing.

Them don’t answer there emails. It’s the only way to reach them. They sent me some damaged product and said they would replace it. Now they won’t answer there emails to let me know what is happening.
